 Q: ARE YOUR GOODS AUTHENTIC? 

A: Everything we sell is checked for authenticity before we upload it to our online store, therefore you can shop with confidence that the goods you are buying are guaranteed to be authentic. 

Q: HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET NEW PRODUCTS? 

A: We drop new products every time we get new delivery of stock so should be once or few times a week. Stay tuned to our socials for stock updates and to check back on our site regularly. 

Q: WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF YOUR GOODS?

A: We have used and new goods available. Please check the description and pictures for the exact condition.

CONDITION MEANINGS:

USED: Meaning been used / displayed before and has major signs of use.

MINT: Meaning it's been displayed before but very good condition or opened box.

NEW: Never used / displayed or opened box.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: Please allow 1-5 days for your goods to arrive at your doorstep for all U.K. shoppers. For international orders, shipping can take from 3-7 days to arrive.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? WHAT IS THE SHIPPING RATE?

A: Yes, we ship to all countries. The shipping rate is provided at checkout once you input your country. 

Q: WHAT COMPANY DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS WITH? HOW CAN I TRACK?

A: We ship with UPS, DPD, Royal Mail and Parcel Force. We email you tracking information as soon as your item is shipped or alternatively, you can log in to your account on our site to check the tracking and carrier we shipped with.

Q: CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

A: Yes, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please be aware that must be in it’s original packaging / sealed and in the condition you bought it. Also you have to pay the shipping costs. If you have any more questions, do not hesitate to contact us. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK PRICES ONLINE IN OTHER CURRENCIES?

A: We have currency conversion on the website you can use to browse our site in selected currency. Option on mobile version will be found in the menu and the option on desktop version will be next to the account button in the top right corner. You can purchase on our website using Paypal so you can pay with any currency and bank on our store. If your local currency isn't on our site please contact us so we can add it to the site.

Q: ARE YOU ABLE TO SOURCE ITEMS OR OFFER PERSONAL SHOPPING IF THEIRS A SPECIFIC ITEM I WANT? 

A: Yes, we have a dedicated team who handle our personal shopping requests and will help you find or source anything you are after! Email personal@famousgrail.com and our personal shopping team will get back to you.

Q: DO WE OFFER CONSIGNMENT OR BUY OUTS?

A: We currently do not offer consignment and everything online currently is stock we own. However, we are working to be able to offer our customers a chance to consign their products on our site in the future. We are always buying stock so if you'd like to sell to us email buying@famousgrail.com and we will get back to you if we're interested.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

A: We currently do not have a physical store. However, we are planning to open stores in many different cities around the globe.

 Q: DO YOU SELL CLOTHES AND SHOES?

A: We sell 100s of Clothing, Accessories & Shoes including brands like Supreme & Bape on our store FamousGrail.com.
